Speedy Rental Agency specializes in renting property on behalf of the owners. Speedy Rental Agency has been in business for over ten years, we have full time dedicated agents renting property on behalf of owners, we do not sell homes or condominiums, we strictly rent. Owners have the final say.
THE SEVICES THAT WE PROVIDE ARE
| 1) | Credit checks on prospective tenants, also business credit checks. |
| 2) | Court checks to see if the prospective tenant has ever been to the Landlord/Tenant Court. i.e. Evictions, damages. If they have any history we will know. |
| 3) | Provide you with a tenant work history profile. |
| 4) | Complete leases to your specifications. |
| 5) | Pay for advertisements in newspapers. Submit on our website one exterior and five interior photographs plus a description of your property, if you do not wish us to place any photos we will only advertise with word ads. |
| 6) | Speedy Rental Agency will show the property to perspective clients |
| 7) | If tenants are late with rent payment, we will handle all paper work, including the eviction procedures. Owners are only responsible for the court costs. |
| 9) | If tenants renew the lease, there is no fee payable to Speedy rental Agency. |
| 10) | You have the final say on approval on prospective tenants. |
